Appellant and cross-appellee, Denman Tire Corporation (“Denman”), appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, which entered a favorable verdict on the intentional tort claim of appellees and cross-appellants David J. Sinea and Susan E. Sinea (“the Sineas”) in the amount of $125,000 following a jury trial. The Sineas filed a cross-appeal challenging various portions of the trial court’s judgment.
