DECISION ON MERITS

Crumpacker, J.

This appeal concerns the appellant and the appellee Richard D. Widup only, there being no judgment for or against the other appellees named in the assignment of errors. It involves a personal bank check held by the appellant and drawn by the appellee on the First National Bank of Wabash, Indiana, payable to the order of Durbin Farm Service in the sum of $3,250. Payment of the check was stopped upon the written order of the appellee and the appellant, as the holder thereof, brought suit to collect it. A jury denied relief and judgment went accordingly.
