The Plaintiff, New Orleans Public Service, Inc., instituted this action to quash an administrative subpoena duces tecum issued by the defendant, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and to enjoin an administrative investigation currently being conducted by the defendant. Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII, as amended by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-9.
