This is an appeal from a final order entered on September 16, 2009, confirming plans of reorganization of the Debtors-Appellees in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, which granted a motion for cram-down. (Dkt. 1). Before the Court are (1) the initial brief of SPCP Group, LLC (SPCP), a secured and unsecured creditor in the bankruptcy case (Dkt. 9), (2) the Debtors-Appellees’ answer brief (Dkt. 12), and (3) SPCP’s reply brief.
