MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
These matters come before the Court on confirmation of the Chapter 11 plan of reorganization (the “Plan”) filed by Mays-lake Village-Plainfield Campus, Inc. (the “Debtor”) and the objections thereto filed by Bank of America, N.A. (the “Lender”), as well as on the Lender’s motion for relief from the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2) and (d)(3) and the Debtor’s response in opposition.
