Plaintiff National Casualty Company brought the present action seeking a declaratory judgment that it has no duty to defend or indemnify Franklin County, Mississippi for a lawsuit filed against the County in 2008, while a law enforcement liability insurance policy issued by National Casualty to the County was in effect.
