The Greyhound Corporation and its subsidiary, Atlantic Greyhound Corporation, sought an injunction against J. Mitchell Goberna, Havana Greyhound Tours, Inc., and Cuban Greyhound Tours, Inc., to .prevent their use of the name “Greyhound” in connection with the transportation and tour business.
