The Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) selected two exporters, Jacobi Carbons AB (“Jacobi”) and Calgon Carbon (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“CCT”), to individually examine in the third administrative review of an antidumping order. Commerce assigned both exporters de minimis dumping margins.
