Appellant, St. Raphael Medical Clinic, Inc. (“St. Raphael”), challenges the trial court’s judgment entered in favor of appel-lee, Mint Medical Physician Staffing, LP doing business as Prime Staff (“Prime Staff”), in Prime Staffs suit against St. Raphael for damages based on a sworn account, breach of contract, and quantum meruit.
