Plaintiffs Council on American-Islamic Relations Action Network, Inc. (“CAIRAN”) and CAIR-Foundation, Inc. (“CAIR-F”) bring this action against two sets of defendants: David Gaubatz and Chris Gaubatz (together, the “Gaubatz Defendants”); and the Center for Security Policy, Inc. (“CSP”) and three of its employees, Christine Brim, Adam Savit, and Sarah Pavlis (collectively with CSP, the “CSP Defendants”).
