MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Mark Wolfkiel and Kelli Majiros brought a class action complaint against Defendants Oewen Loan Servicing (“Ocwen”) and Intersections Insurance Services (“Intersection”) for making unsolicited phone calls in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). 47 U.S.C. § 227 et *290seq. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff Majiros’ claim and to strike all class allegations. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6), 12(f).
