Appellant James Robert Hayes, Sr., appeals from his conviction of one count of involuntary manslaughter, § 565.024.1, 1 and one count of armed criminal action, § 571.015.1. Appellant was sentenced to consecutive terms of two years imprison ment on the involuntary manslaughter count and four years on the armed criminal action count. The evidence viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict reflects the following.
