This appeal is from a decree making permanent a temporary injunction against picketing, the making of threats and the commission of acts of intimidation and violence in connection with a labor dispute.
Appellee, F & C Engineering Co., hereinafter called ‘ ‘ plaintiff, ’ ’ was one of approximately twenty-five prime contractors engaged in construction of the Little Rock Air Force Base, near Jacksonville, Arkansas, by the U.
