MEMORANDUM OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is Defendant Westaff (USA), Ine.’s (“Westaff’) Motion To Withdraw The Reference (D.I. 1). For the reasons discussed, the Court will deny Westaff s Motion.
BACKGROUND
On October 19, 2001, American Classic Voyages, Inc. and certain affiliated companies (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
