Before the Court are the joint Motions of Stephen G. Dent (“Dent”) and Dent and Company, Inc., (collectively, the “Defendants”) for partial dismissal of the complaints against them and for an extension of time to answer the remainder of the amended complaints and the Motion of Jeoffrey L. Burtch, the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”), for consolidation of the adversary proceedings against the Defendants and for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint.
