Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Belt, J., entered October 13, 1904, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, after a trial on the merits, in an action to recover commissions.

On the 14th day of March, 1900, the defendant entered into a written contract with the. plaintiffs, whereby the plaintiffs were constituted agents of the defendant for the sale of farm machinery, at an agreed commission of twenty per cent on the printed price list of all machinery sold under the contract. On the 23d day of April, 1900, the parties entered into a second written contract, whereby the plaintiffs were constituted agents of the defendant for the sale of certain wind stackers, at an agreed commission of $25 on each stacker sold under the contract.
