This is a death claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Section 287.010 et seq. RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S., brought by the surviving wife and threé minor children, dependents of the deceased employee. Claimants,' as well as employer and insurer, have appealed from the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County affirming the final award of the industrial commission, which in turn upheld the award and findings of fact of a referee.
