This action was instituted by the administrator of the estate of Ethel Martin; late of Clemson, Pick-ens County, who died on May 29, 1945, unmarried and intestate, to determine the distributees of the personal estate, and to further determine the share to which each such person is entitled, he having in hand or possession the proceeds of the sale of the personal property of the estate.
