Plaintiff, U.S. Fax Law Center, Inc., appeals the trial court judgment dismissing its claims against defendants, T2 Technologies, Inc., David Baker, and Kristin MeDonald, for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), §§ 6-1-101 to -1120, C.R.S.2007. Defendants cross-appeal the trial court's order denying their motion for attorney fees. We affirm.
