The defendant is a corporation organized under the laws of this state for the avowed object of “ establishing a summer seaside resort, founded on Christian principles, and affording religious privileges as well as healthful recreation.” For this purpose it acquired a tract of land upon the Atlantic coast, consisting of three sections, distinguished by the letters A, B and C.
