Plaintiff Alexandra Silva Keane sues Michael Chertoff, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), and Mary Ann Gantner, District Director of the New York District of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (“BCIS”), seeking an order directing the BCIS to (1) rescind a decision denying plaintiffs application for adjustment of status to permanent resident, and (2) reschedule an interview for adjustment of status.
