This appeal arises out of a malicious prosecution action brought by the plaintiff, Richard P. Giannamore, against the defendant, Donald E. Shevchuk. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly set aside the jury’s verdict and concluded that he had failed to establish that the defendant acted without probable cause to initiate criminal proceedings against him.
