In this suit to recover damages resulting from a fall, plaintiff, Charlotte Grandberry-Lovette, appeals by right the trial court’s order granting a motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10) by defendant Mark Garascia. We conclude that the trial court erred when it granted Garascia’s motion for summary disposition.
