This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court entered upon a verdict of a jury finding defendant guilty of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, contrary to Ordinance Number 21-6-9. *
The record in the instant case discloses some evidence of objective symptoms from which an inference could be drawn that the defendant, at the time and place, was under the influence of alcohol.
