On and prior to November 22, 1927, J. A. Harén was engaged in business in Ponca Oity, Okla., under the trade name of Harén Tank Company. He conducted several business enterprises and carried industrial compensation insurance with the Maryland Casualty Company. One of the business enterprises covered by the policy was “carpentry not otherwise classified.” The policy was carried in the trade name of the Harén Tank Company, and under his trade name he constructed wooden tanks and iron tanks and engaged in different classes of carpentry.
