The plaintiffs appealed to the Superior Court, under General Statutes, Cum. Sup. 1953, § 1532c, from the action of the defendant labor com missioner in establishing a regulation under the minimum wage law. General Statutes, e. 180. The court found the issues for the defendant and ordered judgment dismissing the appeal of the plaintiffs. They have appealed from this judgment.
