MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT

The above captioned cases are actions for a declaratory judgment to determine whether Ohio statutes restricting and regulating the employment of females in workshops and factories of the State are in conflict with and superseded by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and for preliminary and permanent injunction restraining the defendants from maintaining a policy, practice, custom or usage of discrimination against plaintiffs and others similarly situated on account of sex with respect to compensation, terms,…
