STEPHENS, Associate Justice.
The judgment appealed from contains the conclusions of law and fact upon which it rests, and these conclusions we approve and adopt.
The title of appellees to the lot of land in controversy depends upon the validity of a probate sale. The application for the sale was regular, and the order therefor duly entered, but no order approving the sale could be found. The court, however, found that a report of the sale had been made and approved, and we think the paroi testimony was sufficient to warrant this finding.
