This is a personal injury suit in which the plaintiff, J. A. Ankenbauer, sued the Bl Paso & Southwestern Company and the El Paso & Southwestern Railroad Company of Texas, for damages which he alleges he sustained in the nighttime on the 17th day of June, 1914, while in the employ of the defendants as switchman in their railroad yards at El Paso, Tex., on account of the alleged negligence of the defendants proximately causing his said injuries.
