Opinion

GRUENDEL, J.

The self-represented defendant Kenneth R. Leavitt 1 appeals from the August 2, 2010 judgment of strict foreclosure rendered by the trial court in favor of the substitute plaintiff, Middlefield Holdings, LLC. 2 The defendant argues that the court improperly denied his motion to open the judgment, failed to consider certain facts when rendering the judgment of strict foreclosure and erred by failing to interpret his pleadings as a writ of audita querela. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
