ORDER

MARKEY, Chief Judge.

Tylo Sauna, S.A. (Tylo) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington granting summary judgment of non-infringement to Amerec Corporation (Amerec). No. C86-1144 (W.D.Wash. Dec. 12, 1986). We dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

BACKGROUND
