MEMORANDUM OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is an appeal pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) filed by Plaintiff, Maria Rivera, seeking review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denying Plaintiffs claim for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433. Plaintiff has filed a Motion For Summary Judgment (D.I.7) requesting the Court to enter judgment in her favor.
