MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently before the Court is an appeal pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) filed by Plaintiff, Pedro J. Sanchez, seeking review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”) denying Plaintiffs application for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under Titles II of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433.
