Appellant operates an electric light plant in-the city of Des Moines. Said plant is located upon the west bank of the Des Moines River, and in a closely built up part of the city. Appellant carries a portion o£ its electric current on a number of wires from said plant across tbe river eastward, and distributes tbe same to tbe part of tbe city lying east of tbe river. Upon tbe east bank of tbe river appellant maintains three poles, wbicb carry a number of said wires.
