Lyle Grone and Sandra Grone appeal the affirmance by the district court for Wayne County of the county court’s judgment granting summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Consolidated Nutrition, L.C. (CNC), and against the Grones. On appeal, the Grones contend that their guaranty in favor of Central Soya Company, Inc.
