Duckworth, Justice.
The single question presented by this record is whether, under the statutes of this State, one licensed as an osteopath under chapter 84-12 of the Code can by virtue of such license practice optometry without complying with the requirements of chapter 84-11. The question is one of mixed law and fact. The facts are not in dispute. The solution requires an application of the statutes, properly construed, to these admitted facts.
