Appellant, Rheva Spitcaufsky, brought suit to quiet title to a tract of land located at 3811 East Blue Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri, and for a declaratory judgment that various claims made by the defendants do not constitute a lien against the land and that appellant is not indebted to any of the defendants for commissions or for labor or materials furnished. The defendants filed numerous counterclaims and cross-claims. The pleadings are set forth in 126 pages of the transcript.
