INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on the Government’s Motion To Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and/or failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. This action arises from the denial of a post-entry North American Free Trade Agreement (“NAFTA”) claim. Compl. at para. 1; Answer at para. 1. Plaintiffs, Power-One Inc.
