The Court considers herein the objection filed by Plaza Health Care Center (“Plaza”) on June 22, 1995, to confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan of Marcia E. Cornelius (“Debtor”).filed on March 13, 1995, and subsequently modified on or about June 8, 1995. An evidentiary hearing was held on August 31,1995, in Utica, New York.
