In the opinion of the court all of these objections were met in the case of Nalley v. Throckmorton, 212 Ark. 525, 206 S. W. 2d 455. In that case the plaintiffs were members of the Little Rock Fire Department and they sought to force the City of Littie Rock to put into effect the 72 hour week provided for by Act No. 240 of 1947. . . .
