In this appeal from a judgment of civil contempt, the principal issue is whether the trial court erred in refusing to allow various items as offsets to liability for accrued arrearages for alimony and support. The marriage of the plaintiff, Jeanne F. Bieluch, and the defendant, William C. Bieluch, Jr., was dissolved on November 9, 1981. The dissolution decree awarded custody of the minor children to the plaintiff, with stipulated visitation rights for the defendant.
