On April 21, 1932, appellant was convicted in the Circuit Court of Taney County, Missouri, on a charge of grand larceny, the stealing of an automobile. The punishment was fixed at ten years' imprisonment in the penitentiary, the maximum prescribed for the offense. [Sec. 4065, R.S. 1929.] After appellant's motion for a new trial had been overruled, he was sentenced. From this sentence he has appealed.
