OPINION ON THE ISSUE OF TIMELINESS OF THE TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S EXEMPTION

Debtor filed an individual Chapter 11 proceeding on January 23, 1997. At the time of the filing the Debtor claimed certain exemptions (the principal ones being Debtor’s home and a pension plan). A § 341 hearing was held and concluded on February 25, 1997, and no objections to the exemptions were filed within the following thirty (30) day period provided for such under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 4003(b).
