Plaintiff, individually and as the personal representative of her late husband’s estate, filed what was essentially a malpractice suit against the attorneys for the bankruptcy trustee who supervised the liquidation of her husband’s corporation. The trial court granted defendants’ motion for summary disposition with regard to all counts of the complaint.
