Norma Vitone, the plaintiff in this wrongful death action, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendering summary judgment in favor of the defendants Waterbury Hospital and Waterbury Hospital Geropsychology Center.1 The plaintiff claims on appeal that the court improperly granted the Waterbury Hospital defendants’ motion to preclude the testi*349mony of the plaintiffs expert witness, which preclusion formed the basis for the court’s subsequent rendering of summary judgment. We disagree and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
