The facts of this case are stipulated by the parties as follows: February 20th, 1934, the defendant, Anthony Lutostanski, was appointed administrator of the estate of his father, Frank Lutostanski, late of Bridgeport, deceased, and qualified as such administrator in the Court of Probate for the district of Bridgeport. Frank Lutostanski suffered a violent, accidental death on February 11th, 1934, in Bridgeport.
