PARKER, Judge.
On this appeal plaintiff contends that the trial court erred in granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff ar gues that there are genuine issues of fact as to whether defendant was negligent and whether defendant’s negligence was the proximate cause of the death of plaintiffs deceased.
