This is a suit in equity to set aside as fraudulent and void, as against the plaintiffs and other creditors of the defendant, William Miller, a deed of 920 ’ acres of land in Atchison County, Missouri, executed by him and Mary Miller, his wife, to William L. Patterson, as trustee, to secure to her an alleged debt of $16,000. .The deed bears date on the 10th of'.
