DAUGHTREY, Circuit Judge.

In this Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) case, the plaintiff, Dale Ross, appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to the defendant, Campbell Soup Company, based on the court’s determination that Ross had failed to present evidence of discrimination on the basis of disability under the ADA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 (2000).
