Appellee (who will hereafter be termed petitioner) filed application for writ of habeas corpus in the District Court of the United States, District of Nebraska, Omaha Division, claiming that as an alien he was unlawfully deprived of his liberty by the district director of immigration, appellant (hereafter designated as respondent), for the purpose of being deported from the United States.
